This routine is for nearly anyone. It covers the whole body and is a mix between active stretching, mobility, and an emphasis on diaphragmatically breathing. You could use it as a warm up, cool down, or a rest day. It's calming and restorative.
I've personally been using it to give my body the love it needs after being a sweaty puddle of sickness in a bed for nearly a month!
15 minutes isn't much time in the grand scheme of our day. I know its tough when you are juggling a hundred things but if your body feels like 💩 you should make the time to stretch and mobilize it.
While your doing it you are putting your body back in its parasympathetic state. This is something so many of us need.
If you're highly stressed out, coming off an illness, feeling tired and full of aches... you probably need it.

If this isn't your style then go try some yoga, self meditation, a walk in the park, infrared sauna, or a massage.
Here is a list fo the exercise if you want to copy and paste it into your notes. The video should help give you an idea of how to transition and move through the workout!
Brettzel - 3-5 breaths per side
Active Straight Leg Raise - 10 per side
Shin Box Forward and Side Reach + Arms Extension - 3 breaths per side
Childs Pose + Left & Right - 3 breaths each
Downward Dog Neck Roll - 3-5 total
Cat + Dog - 3-5 of each with big inhale and exhale transitions
