Free 4 Week Kettlebell Program eBook

ree

Welcome to the Kettlebell Classic 4 week program blog post. Thanks for stopping in and having interest in the program. I’ll cover who it’s for, what equipment you’ll need, and what the program entails. If you are interested you can sign up for free in the resources section.

Who It’s For

The RAM Fitness Kettlebell Classic is for anyone who wants to build strength. That should be your primary goal here. All the other good stuff comes with it... like adding more lean mass and burning fat but we all know how important nutrition is to earn those badges. So I like to clear that up ahead of time and tell you that unless you change the way you live and eat, the Kettlebell Classic won’t magically change your physique. I CAN promise you though, if you work hard, and follow the program thoroughly, that you WILL get stronger. If you want a few recipes to help get your nutrition in line head over to the resources page and submit a form for my 15 recipe starter pack.

The Kettlebell Classic is a free program. So if you are someone looking to try out a new style of training, if you are on a fitness budget, or just like free sh*t then this program is likely for you.

It is also great for people that don’t want to spend a ton of time in training. This method is quick and effective. Another group of people this program is designed for is those who have minimal space to train and minimal equipment. Which brings me to the next topic.

What Equipment Do You Need?

ree

You can do every workout with just 1 kettlebell. For real, you could do it with just 1. However it would be best suited to have a selection of weights to choose from in order to see the best results in the strength department. Kettlebells ranging from 12kg and up would be the recommendation.

On a side note… You could also do this workout with dumbbells. Some of the exercises would need to be slightly modified but hey, if that is all you have access to, I’m telling you it's still entirely possible.

What It Entails

ree

The 4 Week KB Classic has 5 workouts per week.

Day 1 and 2 are the heavy upper and heavy lower body workouts.

Day 3 is an active recovery workout including a handful of mobility drills.

Day 4 is a conditioning workout. Some KB conditioning torture but takes less then 30 minutes.

Day 5 is a full body workout. This workout uses kettlebell complexes along with some arms and abs.

The eBook covers all the days in depth and explains how to progress the exercises. Each exercise has a link attached to it with a demonstration of the movement. For tracking purposes you can print out the eBook and use the program template to fill in and track the weights and reps of your sessions.

What’s Next?!

After you rock the 4 week KB Classic you can do it again and again and again. Which will get boring and eventually you won’t see results anymore. Or you can submit a "Get Started" form on the home page and learn more about how we can work together and the different approaches I have to help you reach your goals. If coaching isn’t in your budget head over and try out the 4 week bodyweight program that I also have for free.

Give me a shoutout on IG @ryanmo4real when you are out there training and crushing the KB Classic.

Until next time, much love and don’t forget to earn your worth.
